You will practice a variety of intense stretches alone and in pairs to help you improve your flexibility and technique.
To become a really great dancer you need to be in tip-top shape so we’ve designed this class especially to help you improve your strength and flexibility. This is a perfect complementary class for pole dancing as well as other dance forms and aerial circus arts. You will nail those splits moves step by step!
With every class you will learn through a series of exercises to increase your mobility and flexibility and push your boundaries to achieve the perfect front and box splits, no matter which level you start out from.
Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced student, you will see visible progress with every session.

If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
