Flavia teaches slow vinyasa flow, a style that pays much attention to the transitions between poses, creating a continuous flow of movement lead by the breath. The body, therefore, moves following its own wisdom as well as the cues of the breath, as if in a slow kind of meditative dance.
She offers variations and modifications so that everyone can find the best and safest option for their body, focussing the whole process more on how it feels rather more than how it looks.
