Extreme stretching will take your flexibility to the next level.
Extreme Stretching is suitable for all levels, but be prepared to work hard no matter what level you are. This class is ideal if you want to improve your flexibility and strength for pole, aerial or other disciplines.
Each week you will be encouraged to push your boundaries and increase your flexibility in a supportive and safe environment. You will have lots of teacher contact to advise and increase your range of movement.
Every class will teach a range of body-sculpting techniques and exercises, focusing mainly on leg and back stretches.
Sometimes tough but always fun, this class will encourage you continually to push your limits and achieve new levels of flexibility you never thought possible.
The first part of the class will focus on leg stretches, hip openers and working towards the splits while the second part will concentrate on back stretches and shoulder openers. You will be working on your own an in pairs to achieve the best possible results in each session.
If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
