If you wish to improve form and strength in your flexibility, this is the class for you!
Drawing from Ballet techniques, Développé & Splits will help you find strength in your flexibility as well as increase your range of movement.
An essential class to improve flexibility for both pole lovers and dancers from other backgrounds, this class will teach you to work towards a seamless développé, keeping hips level and your standing leg straight while extending your “working” leg in a smooth and controlled manner.
What to wear? Comfortable workout clothes and socks.
If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
