Your glutes are designed to be the strongest muscles in your body but for many of us, especially pole dancers and aerialists, they get neglected in our training. This is a common cause of imbalances and ultimately, injuries. If you have suffered from low back pain; have inexplicably struggled with your balance or overall strength; or if you simply want to fill out those new shorts, building up your glutes may be what you need.
We will do a sequence of exercises that will isolate your glutes and make sure that you feel the burn!
If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
