Pole Fit is a cardio-based and strength-based pole class designed to get your heart pumping and your body strong.
Suitable for beginners. (A min experience of two prior Discover Pole lessons required.)
If you are new to pole and want to burn some unwanted fat in a fun way while improving your pole technique, then this is the class for you.
Pole Fit is ideal for complete beginners to increase your stamina and strength. This class is ideally taken on its own or alongside Level 1 / Foundation and Level 2 / Elementary pole dancing levels or Discover Pole.
Be ready to work up a sweat and achieve noticeable improvements with each session, no matter what fitness level you start from.
This class requires participants to wear shorts. Please remove all jewellery prior to class. We would ask you not apply moisturiser 24 hrs before this class to avoid any slipping off poles.
Please remember to bring water and a towel. (Water and towels are also available from reception).
If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
