This class specifically targets the legs and glutes using a variety of methods incorporating Kettlebells to provide extra resistance and bodyweight drills which will tone, lift and sculpt your booty!
Then your glutes will be worked in isolation using resistance bands and ankle weights to further enhance workload and give you even better results from this type of training. Expect a peachy derrière!!

Kettlebells are one of the most fun and effective forms of resistance training. Metabolic training increases your metabolism and increases oxygen consumption post workout, which is an excellent way to burn fat.
If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
