Abs, Ass & Attitude is suitable for all levels.
This class will blast your abs and ass! With 20 minutes dedicated to each area, you will have sculpted abdominals and a badass booty in no time at all! Strong is sexy, so if you are going to talk the talk you better be able to walk the walk.
No matter what your fitness level, this class will target all the core areas and get you working up a sweat. Challenge yourself to improve your strength and stamina every week through a range of bodyweight exercises and HiIT training. Blast those abs and glutes and get toned and confident in no time.
This class is a great complementary session to all forms of dance and aerial skills. It will build core strength and confidence to help you tackle those pole or aerial moves or simply improve your conditioning and general fitness levels week on week.

If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
