AntiGravity® Yoga, a fusion technique, is often seen as a bridge between fitness and traditional yoga modalities.
In each of our AntiGravity® Yoga classes, you train in flexibility, strength, mobility and agility while experiencing joy (anandah). We nurture playful energy while conditioning the body.
Classes will increase your overall health while you are having fun and creating beauty.
AntiGravity founder Christopher Harrison created this complete workout drawing on techniques from dance, pilates and calisthenics.
Suitable for all levels from complete beginner to advanced. Each exercise can increase in difficulty as you progress. Please note we cannot permit any latecomers to these classes due to the nature of the session (please see more detail below).

Please wear leggings and a T-shirt that covers your underarms – this is very important! Also, please remove jewellery before the class, including watches, bracelets, necklaces or hoop/long earrings.
Please be aware that we cannot permit latecomers to these classes, as you will miss health and safety warnings and meditation and interrupt the class for the other participants while your hammock is being measured.
Please arrive 5min early so your class can start on time. Once class has started, you will NOT be able to join. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
