AntiGravity® Suspension Fitness is a dramatic and dynamic new form of exercise focused on fitness. We can easily claim that you will never have had a workout quite like this one. We hope you are ready to elevate your workout, burn calories and turn your routine upside down because suspension fitness is the new frontier!
Utilised by rock stars from Rihanna to Pink, AntiGravity Suspension Fitness takes core-strengthening and targeted muscle conditioning to new heights!

Suitable for all levels, but please note we cannot permit any latecomers to these classes due to the nature of the session (please see more detail below).

Class content:

AntiGravity Suspension Fitness is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility and long, lean muscles. It increases strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. Classes put an emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, as well as breathing to relieve stress and allow adequate oxygen flow to muscles. You will learn to develop a strong core and improve coordination and balance.

This system allows for different exercises in a range of difficulties from beginner to advanced. Intensity can increase over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises. No muscle group is under- or over-trained.

AntiGravity Fitness is a great way to enhance core strength and brings increased reach, flexibility, sure-footedness and agility.

What to wear:

Please wear leggings and a T-shirt that covers your underarms – this is very important! Also, please remove jewellery before the class, including watches, bracelets, necklaces or hoop/long earrings.


Please note that this class is not suitable if you are pregnant or have recently undergone surgery. Don’t hesitate to contact us for more information.


Please be aware that we cannot permit latecomers to these classes, as you will miss health and safety warnings and meditation and interrupt the class for the other participants while the instructor measures your hammock.

Please arrive 5min early so your class can start on time. Once class has started, you will NOT be able to join.  Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
