Suitable for all levels.
In this class you will learn a smooth flowing sequence using the aerial hammock, so that by the end of the hour you will be able to focus on the quality of your movement and enjoy performing your sequence to a set piece of music.
Bringing flow to your AntiGravity/Aerial workout will help you build stamina and strength, and allow you to release your inner dancer – whether you already have a dance background or have no prior experience.
The sequence and music will be different each week, and all levels of experience are welcome, so ready, get set, flow!

Please note these classes are not suitable if:
- you are pregnant
- have glaucoma
- you have high or low blood pressure
- have a heart condition
- had recent surgery (less than 12 weeks post op)

What to wear:
Please wear leggings and a T-shirt that covers your underarms – this is very important! Also, please remove jewellery before the class, including watches, bracelets, necklaces or hoop/long earrings.
Please be aware that we cannot permit latecomers to these classes, as you will miss health and safety warnings and meditation and interrupt the class for the other participants while your hammock is being measured.
Please arrive 5min early so your class can start on time. Once class has started, you will NOT be able to join. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
