A class of two halves. In the first part you will build strength through a smooth fluid flow of movements using the aerial hammock, and in the second part you will experience a deep aerial stretch. You’ll leave the class feeling tall and toned.In this class you will learn a smooth flowing sequence using the aerial hammock, so that by the end of the hour you will be able to focus on the quality of your movement.

Please wear leggings and a T-shirt that covers your underarms – this is very important! Also, please remove jewellery before the class, including watches, bracelets, necklaces or hoop/long earrings.
Please be aware that we cannot permit latecomers to these classes, as you will miss health and safety warnings and meditation and interrupt the class for the other participants while your hammock is being measured.
Please arrive 5min early so your class can start on time. Once class has started, you will NOT be able to join. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
