Come fly with us! Aerial Yoga uses a low-hanging hammock to support the weight of your body. This allows you to achieve proper postural alignment through relaxation rather than effort.
Aerial Yoga is suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to intermediate and advanced level students.
Using hammocks allows for deep stretches, the strengthening of shoulders and core abdominal muscles as well as exploration of challenging yoga positions. You will gain increased flexibility, improved posture and a relaxed and peaceful state of mind.
You will learn new yoga techniques, and get comfortable to being suspended in a hammock. The class will also include techniques such as aerial inverts to relax the pressure on your spine and improve your posture.

Please note this activity is not suitable for pregnant women and those who have recently undergone surgery.
If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
