During these classes we will work on conditioning, technique and tricks for beginners and improvers alike. We will also work on sequences on a hoop to develop an aerial routine.
You will learn aerial hoop techniques and tricks suitable for complete beginners as well as improving your strength and stamina if you already have some aerial hoop experience.
This is a challenging class for those that want to learn to play in the air. Improve your strength and flexibility while having fun!
Some aerial hoop experience required. You will be expected to get yourself in and out of a hoop, and have built up some strength and flexibility before taking this class.

This is a challenging class for those that want to advance their aerial hoop skills.
You will improve your techniques and stamina and learn how to combine individual tricks into a flowing aerial routine as well as working on your performance skills.
5 aerial hoops and a max of 10 participants per class. You will get plenty of teacher contact and practice time in each of these classes.
If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know, and please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be permitted to enter, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
