Thinking about pushing your boundaries? Contortion All Levels is the class for you. Learn from one of the UK’s top contortionists!
Contortion All Levels will guide you through basic contortionist skills to more advanced exercises. You will improve your flexibility every week and work on backbends, walkovers and perfecting your splits.
Through a range of individual and partner exercises, you will safely get to extend your range of motion. So, whether you’re a beginner or have some experience, this mixed level class will challenge you each week.
Each week you will push your boundaries and increase your flexibility in a supportive and safe environment. You will benefit from lots of teacher contact to advise and perfect your moves.
This class is perfect for increasing your flexibility and strength. Great for acrobatics, but also other aerial skills and other dance forms, including pole dancing.
You will learn to achieve levels of flexibility you would never have thought possible – in a fun environment without pressure.
If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know, and please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be permitted to enter, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
