This class will introduce you to all the basic acrobatic techniques including:
Once you’re comfortable with the basic techniques, you will progress to forearm balances, more advanced backbends and walkovers.
Using both individual conditioning exercises as well as partner acrobatic techniques, this class is a fun and safe way of getting to grips with acrobatic skills and improving your fitness levels and flexibility at the same time.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some acrobatics experience, this class will challenge you and improve your skills week on week.
If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
